1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using smilvin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free.
3. Orders & Payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or unavailability. Payment is processed by Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). We do not store card data.
4. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit at the design stage and the balance upon completion. Bespoke pieces are non-refundable as they are made to your specifications. Design changes after fabrication begins may incur additional charges.
5. Returns & Warranty
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full details. All Smilvin pieces carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper care).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on smilvin.com — including text, images, logos, 3D models, and designs — is owned by Smilvin Jewels and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Smilvin Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
