Free Shipping
- •Free insured shipping on all orders above ₹50,000 across India.
- •Orders below ₹50,000 are shipped at a flat rate of ₹299.
- •International shipping available to UAE, USA, UK, Singapore, and Canada — rates calculated at checkout.
- •All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (custom/bespoke pieces: 3–6 weeks).
Delivery Timeline
- •Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- •Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days.
- •International: 7–14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx.
- •You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.
30-Day Return Policy
- •We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all in-stock items in original, unworn condition.
- •To initiate a return, email us at hello@smilvin.com with your order number.
- •Bespoke and custom pieces cannot be returned (they are made specifically for you).
- •Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- •Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchange Policy
- •Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 30 days — we will resize the ring at no cost for the first exchange.
- •For exchanges to a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- •If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- •We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
