Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing detailed photographs of the damage. Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 days. All items must be returned with the original sales receipt or order number, and in the condition they were received, with tags still attached. Once received, we will process the return, and you can expect a refund to be issued to your bank account within 10 days.
